STEFANO DEVIGILI

Stefano has years of experience serving the Washington DC and Virginia area with his first company Grant Brothers Tree Service. Through his years there he's been able to scale the company into a seven figure business within the first few years. Stefano is an expert when it comes to running a blue collar business and has acquired government contracts in years past to complete work on famous streets in DC like Pennsylvania Avenue. While figuring out how to take his blue collar business to the next level he realized he could use his tech savvy background to automate the backend and administrative side of his business. Stefano built the technology stack behind X LEAD for Grant Brothers Tree Service to automate his day to day and prevent him from needing to hire 5-10 new office employees. Through this process X LEAD was born, Stefano saw how much of a benefit this technology was to the blue collar industry and set out from there to help other blue collar companies take their business to the next level. Stefano loves business. If he's not working on X Lead, he is probably working on his other business or spending intentional time with his family.

BRYCE NEIMAN

Bryce Neiman is Co-Founder & Chief Communications Officer at X Lead. He is a graduate of the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville with a degree in Management & Entrepreneurship, he launched his first venture while still in school before transitioning into X Lead. Combining hands-on blue-collar experience with web-development expertise, Bryce shapes X LEAD’s product messaging, customer-success strategies, and platform optimizations—ensuring trades businesses get intuitive, AI-driven automations that streamline workflows and drive growth. Bryce is all in for the trades, if he's not working on X Lead, you might catch him spending time with his family at the lake.

LOGAN DESMET

Logan DeSmet is a technology solutions expert with nearly 13 years of experience designing and deploying AI-driven systems. He holds a Master’s in Business Analytics and dual degrees in Data Science and Economics; he transforms business challenges into reliable, self-learning applications by gathering the right data, selecting suitable AI models, and automating updates and monitoring. His hands-on high school landscaping work gave him a blue collar foundation that grounds his approach—stress testing solutions under real world conditions, optimizing for cost, and documenting every step so teams can follow along. From customer chatbots to predictive maintenance tools, Logan delivers smart, practical systems that drive real value. Logan is absolutely passionate about all things Ai, if he's not working on X Lead you might find him researching new cutting edge tech in the industry.

Gabe graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Communication and Marketing. With many years of trades experience ranging from fenestration, to framing homes, to auto repair and even landscaping, Gabe knows what it means to be blue-collar. After school, Gabe transitioned into sales, where he could channel his desire to help others in a different way. Gabe understands the impact of X LEAD and its products, but more importantly the impact their customers have on their communities. If Gabe is not working on X Lead, you will probably find him spending intentional time with his wife and awesome dog.
