Stefano Devigili - Chief Operating Officer

Stefano's Background

Stefano has years of experience serving the Washington DC and Virginia area with his first company Grant Brothers Tree Service. Through his years there he was able to grow the company into a seven figure business within the first few years. Stefano is an expert when it comes to running a blue collar business and has acquired government contracts in years past to complete work on famous streets in DC like Pennsylvania Avenue. While figuring out how to take his blue collar business to the next level he realized he could use his tech savvy background to automate the backend and administrative side of his business. Stefano built the technology stack behind X LEAD for Grant Brothers Tree Service to automate his day to day and prevent him from needing to hire 5-10 new office employees. Through this process X LEAD was born, Stefano saw how much of a benefit this technology was to the blue collar industry and set out from there to help other blue collar companies take their business to the next level.

Bryce Neiman - Chief Communications Officer

Bryce's Background

Graduating from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, with a degree in Management and Entrepreneurship, Bryce started his first company in school before eventually joining X LEAD. Having both knowledge in blue collar businesses and web development, he and Stefano work together to implement and perfect the X LEAD platform for customers.

Gabe McNair - Sales Director

Gabe's Background

Gabe graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Communication and Marketing. With many years of trades experience ranging from fenestration, to framing homes, to auto repair and even landscaping, Gabe knows what it means to be blue-collar. After school, Gabe transitioned into sales, where he could channel his desire to help others in a different way. Gabe understands the impact of X LEAD and its products, but more importantly the impact their customers have on their communities.

Dheeraj Gadde - Sr. Product Manager

Dheeraj's Background

Dheeraj is a data science professional from George Mason University with a degree in Data Science. With years of programming experience, he has developed innovative products for X LEAD, focusing on scalable, data-driven solutions. His academic background combines advanced data analysis with strong programming and software development skills, preparing him to thrive in the dynamic tech industry. At X LEAD, he has demonstrated a passion for innovation, contributing to impactful projects that enhance efficiency and deliver value. Dedicated to continuous learning and problem-solving, Dheeraj is committed to advancing technology and making meaningful contributions in data science and product development.
